I am so sad to see they are no longer a takeout restaurant. They are only doing catering. Dino's was by far the BEST food on Gratiot for lunch or dinner. Their soups are amazing, their wraps are phenomenal. I will defiantly miss this place being open to the public for carry outs :(
I was looking for a spot with great homemade soup on this cold afternoon. Much to my surprise Dino's had a choice of 6 difference types of soup. I selected the clam chowder and baby I tell you it was wonderful! Very thick and tasty!
This place has something for everyone. We always get delivery at work and it's always fresh, and is very inexpensive for what you get. The delivery driver is very nice. I don't have one complaint about Dino's!
4 and a half stars. Friend brought me here today and boy I was glad he did. I got their 12 oz Gourmet burger (minus green peppers) and it was one of the best burgers I've had in a while. It was Huge and cooked perfectly to medium as I requested. The onion rings were very tasty too. Got the Deluxe combo with drink and it was under $10. If I lived nearby this could easily be a frequent stop for me.
First time there, got a carry-out. Hubby's corned beef sandwich was outstanding (they even put the pickle slice in a baggie so your food doesn't taste pickley), my tuna pita was delicious, pita toasted perfectly and the tomatoes are slivers rather than tiny chunks that I get elsewhere. Fries were crisp and yummy! I would definitely recommend this place and grabbed a menu for work!
Stopped here on lunch as a walk-in, without calling in advance. I was able to place an order right away, but needed a few to take a look at the menu. I finally decided on the Reuben and broccoli cheddar soup. Total was $8.90 out the door, which isn't that bad for a place like this. The lady behind the counter was nice and polite, even though she seemed a little frazzled for only two people's orders to take care of. Obviously she was, because when I got to work I noticed I got cream of potato instead of the broccoli cheddar. Either way, the soup was really good even if it wasn't what I asked for, and the sandwich was pretty dang big! I'm glad they were bigger length-wise than tall, as I'm not a fan of extremely tall sandwiches you can't bite into. I will definitely be back and try some other sandwiches and soups!
Great new joint that just opened about a month ago in the old Bread Basket location. I ordered "The Hub" sandwich which is corned beef, country ham, lettuce, tomato, swiss cheese and 1000 Island dressing. It is a pretty good sized sandwich with off the chart tastes. Chicken and dumpling soup is really good as well. My buddy got the Southern Burger and it was one of the juiciest burgers I've ever seen. Prices are decent and the staff is really friendly.
